Haziri processes business attendance data on behalf of your organization. This policy describes how we handle data in the web dashboard (v1.0).

Data we process

• Account and company profile information
• Member roster and attendance punch metadata
• Device connectivity logs (no raw biometric templates)

Residency

Production data for Indian tenants is hosted in AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai). We do not send customer PII to analytics services outside India in v1.0.

Your rights

Tenant owners may request data export or account deletion from Settings → Privacy (Owner only).
